You are assigned a Dedicated Support Team that is available to help you get the most out of Enterprise Solutions. Our support engineers are selected from the best, most experienced QuickBooks engineers and are thoroughly trained on Enterprise Solutions. Plan members enjoy an unlimited number of support incidents, so you can call your Dedicated Support Team as often as needed. Get help with installation and data conversion so you can get up and running quickly. You'll also get product support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from our after-hours QuickBooks support team.¹

Custom Reporting Services

Get help from your Dedicated Support Team modifying the built-in reports and forms templates in Enterprise Solutions to create new formats that display information tailored to your needs. Your Dedicated Support Team can walk you through the steps over the phone, and can often create the modified report or form for you and send it to you via email with instructions on how to import it into Enterprise Solutions.

A support engineer can also advise you on how to use the data access feature in Enterprise Solutions, which utilizes the ODBC standard. With this functionality you can extract the data you need from QuickBooks and build custom reports in ODBC-compliant applications such as Microsoft Excel, Access or Crystal Reports.¹⁶

Within the first 60 days from your date of purchase, you can receive at no additional cost Mastering QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions - an interactive training kit to help you and your employees get up to speed on Enterprise Solutions. The training kit includes 6 CDs containing comprehensive, self-paced and interactive tutorials for both beginning and intermediate Enterprise Solutions users.

Online Backup Service

Protect your Enterprise Solutions data and any other business data with up to 10 GB of free online backup storage. Your data is stored in a private, secure and encrypted format at two separate locations.

Data Protection Services

Get help from your Dedicated Support Team in the event you have problems with your Enterprise Solutions data file. Services include data recovery for damaged files and password removals for lost or forgotten passwords.

To ensure that you have uninterrupted access to all the benefits of the Full Service Plan, we will automatically renew your Plan every 12 months and bill your account on your renewal date. We'll notify you by mail that your Plan renewal date is approaching, then on your renewal date we'll automatically renew your Plan for another 12 months and debit your account in the amount of the then-current renewal fee. You can cancel the automatic renewal service at any time.⁷
