Get Help from Your Dedicated Support TeamYou may request request a call-back from your Dedicated Support Team by selecting Request Support Call-Back from the Help menu in your product. The Dedicated Support Team for Enterprise Solutions is available from 5:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Important Note: You must have an active Full Service Plan membership to access the Request Support Call-Back tool in your product's Help menu. A one year Plan membership is included with your initial purchase of Enterprise Solutions software. If your Plan membership has expired or if you don't know your membership status, please call toll-free (800) 624-1377 to speak with a customer service representative. Get Help OnlineVisit the QuickBooks Support Web site at www.quickbooks.com/support to get help online for product installation, registration, error messages, product updates and more. The QuickBooks Support Web site also stores the extensive QuickBooks Knowledge Base where you can search for articles submitted by QuickBooks Support Engineers that are related to the problem you are experiencing. Get Help from Other UsersPost your question on the QuickBooks Community message boards to get help and advice from other Enterprise Solutions users and QuickBooks ProAdvisors. Purchase Additional User LicensesEnterprise Solutions lets you easily add more users as your business grows. Additional licenses (either 5, 10, or 15 users) can be added to increase the number of users simultaneously accessing your QuickBooks company data file up to a maximum of 20 simultaneous users. For example, you can add five user licenses to your current Enterprise Solutions 5-user license to enable up to 10 simultaneous users, or add ten user licenses to your current 5-user license to enable up to 15 simultaneous users, and so on up to a maximum of 20 simultaneous users. You must have an active Full Service Plan membership in order to purchase and activate additional user licenses for Enterprise Solutions. You can purchase additional user licenses from within your Enterprise Solutions software. Go to the Help menu, choose Manage My License, click Buy additional user licenses, and then call the phone number listed. A QuickBooks representative will assist you with updating and activating the additional licenses. You don't have to wait to receive new software CDs in the mail, so your additional users can begin using the software right away. Renew Your Full Service Plan MembershipA one year Full Service Plan membership is included with your initial purchase of Enterprise Solutions software. After the first year, your Plan membership must be renewed annually in order to remain active.
