Convert Your Data to Enterprise Solutions On Your Own

Enterprise Solutions has several built-in tools to help import your data from your previous accounting system. Use Enterprise Solutions' import utility to import files from a variety of programs including Microsoft Excel.

Peachtree users can use our free downloadable Peachtree to QuickBooks Conversion Tool to easily import your business data, balances, and open and historical transactions from Peachtree versions 2001-2006.

QuickBooks Pro and Premier users can transfer data to Enterprise Solutions simply by opening your existing QuickBooks Pro or Premier company file in Enterprise Solutions. Your QuickBooks data, report templates, and user permissions automatically transfer over to Enterprise Solutions, just like upgrading.

Quicken users can use our Quicken conversion utility to import your Quicken data.

If your data is in another program, you can search the QuickBooks Solutions Marketplace for available 3rd party conversion tools and utilities.

Import your business contacts from Outlook so you can track your customer and vendor contact information in QuickBooks. Use the free downloadable QuickBooks Contact Sync for Outlook tool to sync your contact information with Microsoft Outlook.³
